OnlyFans closed access for users in Russia

The popular content subscription service OnlyFans has become unavailable to users from Russia. When you try to open the site from a Russian IP address, you get an error 403 (Access Denied).

Several Telegram channels immediately drew attention to the situation. Apparently, the blocking is not on the part of the Russian authorities, OnlyFans is not in the register of banned sites of Roskomnadzor. Probably, the team simply closed access to the site for Russian users. However, no official statements have been made yet.

The site for monitoring blocking and availability of resources Globalcheck shows that access is closed to major operators, including Rostelecom, Beeline and Megafon.

At the same time, for Russian fans, OnlyFans still works when accessed using a VPN. It should be noted that earlier OnlyFans disabled the possibility of registering on the platform for models with Russian and Belarusian passports, and also froze the accounts of authors from Russia and Belarus, the withdrawal of money already earned from the service is also impossible.
