OnePlus Pad Vs Xiaomi Pad 5: Features almost same, big difference in price, who is right to buy?

The latest tablet from OnePlus comes with a host of features, and the company has recently revealed its pricing as well. The new tablet works on Android OS. Let us tell you that Samsung, Realme, Lenovo and Motorola tabs also work on this operating system. But what makes it different is that it has got flagship chipset and high-end display.

Most of the users use the Android tab only for reading, watching movies and getting a slightly different experience from the phone. This is the reason why its cost may be lost to the people. The company has priced its tab at Rs 37,999, which is a bit high.

In such a situation, people may think of buying Xiaomi Pad 5 or Realme Pad X to get a cheaper option. So if you are thinking of buying a new tab, then let us know what is the difference between the two tabs?

OnePlus Pad comes in two storage variants. Its 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs 37,999. Whereas its 12GB RAM and 256GB storage cost Rs 39,999. On the other hand, talking about the price of Xiaomi Pad 5, its 6GB RAM and 128GB storage cost Rs 26,999 and 8GB RAM and 256GB storage cost Rs 28,999.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 features a 10.9-inch WQHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision. The bezel size is also fine, and an 8-megapixel camera has been given in its portrait orientation. The OnePlus Pad, on the other hand, features a 144Hz display that offers the same resolution. The display on the OnePlus Pad also supports Dolby Vision and has an 8-megapixel camera.

Both the tablets include high-end chipsets from Qualcomm and OnePlus. But OnePlus may have the edge. The OnePlus Pad includes the Dimensity 9000 SoC, while the Pad 5 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 860 SoC. Both the tablets may miss out on 5G connectivity, which is available on the Realme Pad X.

Camera, battery difference?
OnePlus Pad and Xiaomi Pad 5 are among the few tablets that include LED flash. Both the tablets have a 13-megapixel rear camera with 4K recording support. Xiaomi Pad 5 has an 8720mAh battery with 33W charging. At the same time, OnePlus Pad includes a large 9510mAh battery with 67W charging. If your budget is low, then you can also buy Xiaomi Pad 5, because there is not much difference in the features.
