A new smartphone in the OnePlus Ace 3 lineup may be launched soon. Its name is OnePlus Ace 3 Pro. News about this device has been circulating for several days. It has now been claimed that the Ace 3 Pro will be the most powerful OnePlus phone ever in terms of battery. Well-known Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has provided information about this. If their claims are to be believed, then Ace 3 Pro will have a battery capacity of more than 6000 mAh. According to DCS, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will have a dual-cell battery, with each cell having a capacity of 2970mAh. If both are combined, the total capacity is 5940mAh. However, DCS has clarified that its typical capacity will be 6100 mAh. Apparently, the company will also offer a superfast charger to charge the big battery, but the wattage is not confirmed yet. Last month, DCS revealed that OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will feature an OLED display with 1.5K resolution. Octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor will be provided in the phone. It will have 16GB RAM and 1TB inbuilt storage. Regarding the camera setup, a 50-megapixel primary camera will be available on the rear. It is not yet confirmed whether the camera setup will include a 2x telephoto camera. The primary lens could be the same IMX890 camera sensor found on the OnePlus Ace 3/12R.
Previous reports had claimed that the phone could include a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery with 100W fast charging support. The launch date of OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is not confirmed yet. There is no information about whether this phone will be available in India or not. It is possible that the company may launch it in the global markets with some other name.
