Once again, the price of smartphones will be expensive, because of the companies

New Delhi: The last few months have seen a lot of ups and downs in the Indian smartphone industry. Mobile brands like Xiaomi, Redmi, Realme and Samsung along with OPPO, Vivo, Infinix and Tecno have increased the price of their smartphones. These companies have decided not only to increase the prices of the previously available mobiles but also to increase the prices of the newly launched smartphones. Mobile companies are now going to increase the price of all their phones.

Smartphones will be expensive

Mobile brands have increased the price of their smartphones in the last month. The price of many smartphone models has increased many times, not once or twice. Low budget smartphones were being launched with a budget of Rs 6,000 to Rs 7,000. However, they are now being priced at more than Rs 8,000. Also, phones with 3 GB RAM plus 4 GB RAM Plus were available at the same price. But, now they don’t get it.

Cheap smartphones have become expensive. Now it will continue. Prices of mobile phones are unlikely to be cheaper. After 2019, the price of smartphones is increasing. This will continue in 2023 next year. Phone prices are going to get even more expensive in the coming days. Also, the prices of phones in the market will become more expensive.

Why smartphones are expensive
The reason behind the rise in smartphone prices is said to be its chips. This is claimed in a new report. Now these chip makers have increased the prices of their components and chipsets. This means that as chips become more expensive, so will the prices of smartphones. According to TSMC, a Taiwanese semiconductor maker, the chipset maker is still supplying more chips, despite low revenue, following the recent global chip shortage. However, due to the decline in profits, the price has gone up.
