Ola S1 Air launched
Ola has launched its new electric scooter S1 Air on 22 October. This electric scooter from Ola was launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 79,999. However, this price was applicable only till Diwali. The company has now increased its price to Rs 84,999 which is applicable for a limited number of scooters. This means that the company may further increase the price of the S1 Air.
Let us know that you can book Ola S1 Air at a price of Rs 999. The booking of the scooter can be done online on the company’s website (https://book.olaelectric.com/). The company is going to start the delivery of S1 Air from February 2023.
The company claims that the Ola S1 Air will offer a certified range of Rs 100 on a full charge. However, it has a range of 76 km in real conditions. Its top speed is 90 km/h. The company is using the design platform of the S1 and S1 Pro in the S1 Air but changes have been made to its battery and powertrain.
In Ola S1 Air, the company has given 2.5 kWh battery pack and 4.5 kW motor, due to which its weight is only 99 kg. The company has made it available in a total of 5 colors which include Coral Glam, Neo Mint, Porcelain White, Jet Black and Liquid Silver. Its design is similar to other electric scooters of Ola but the company has made some changes in it.
The biggest change in this has been made in its front suspension. Unlike both the scooters, the Ola S1 Air has been given double fork telescopic suspension at the front and rear. The company is using a single fork telescopic fork in the S1 and S1 Pro.
Existing customers of Ola electric scooters have been waiting for the new update for a long time now. Even after several months of delivery of the scooters, the company is yet to provide complete updates to the operating system, due to which customers are unable to use some important features. It is expected that Ola will solve the problem of customers in the update of MoveOS 3.
