Ola Electric, one of the largest electric two-wheeler companies, has announced an exchange weekend off on the purchase of S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters. In this, buyers can avail an exchange bonus of up to Rs 10,000 in select cities. Exchange discount of up to Rs 45,000 can be availed on exchanging an old petrol-powered two-wheeler.
The company has a Tweet Kar said, “Our weekend plan is here. Come to the Ola Experience Centre, drop your old petrol two-wheeler and take home the country’s #1 EV at no extra cost*.” This offer is available on 18th and 19th March. The company has mentioned on its webpage that the exchange bonus of up to Rs 10,000 will be available in select cities. An exchange bonus of Rs 5,000 will be given in the rest of the country. The starting price of Ola S1 is Rs 99,999. Its top speed is 90 kmph. It can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in 3.6 seconds. Its range is 121 km. The starting price of Ola S1 Pro is around Rs 1.40 lakh. It can catch the speed of 0 to 40 kmph in 2.9 seconds. The company claims that its range is 170 km. Eco, Normal and Sports driving modes are available in it.
Ola Electric earlier this week announced the replacement of the front forks of the S1 and S1 Pro. Customers will not have to pay anything for this. It will start from 22 March.
