Nvidia GeForce RTX and GeForce GTX 16 3D cards get HDR10+ Gaming support

The new version of the Nvidia GeForce Game Ready 526.98 WHQL drivers implements support for the HDR10 + Gaming standard – for GeForce RTX and GeForce GTX 16 video cards, both desktop and mobile.

Nvidia notes that with NVAPI v2 HDR, developers can add HDR10+ Gaming support to games, resulting in more accurate and vibrant images on compatible TVs and monitors. True, despite the fact that HDR10 + Gaming is a freely distributed standard, not many devices support it yet. It is implemented in some Samsung TVs and monitors of the 2022 model, as well as in a number of TVs from Amazon, Panasonic, TCL, Vizio and other manufacturers.
