Nutritionist told how to lose weight without dieting

Mosley referred to relevant research carried out by a group of scientists from the University of Nottingham in the UK and the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran. The experiment involved 82 healthy overweight women. Most of them finished their meals around 10 pm.

The women were divided into two groups: in one, the participants continued to eat, as usual, in the other, they pumped food 3-4 hours before bedtime. In the second group, women lost 7 kg in 12 weeks by simply not eating before bed, not following any diets and not going to the gym.

The expert also advised to eat foods intended for dinner during the day.
