Solomatina noted that a snack on a long trip should consist of those sets of food that a person takes with him to work or to the car – i.e. to places where it is impossible to cook something.
At the same time, the nutritionist said that the best snack is whole grain bread, pre-cut vegetables and cheese, dried fruits – dates, dried apricots, prunes, dried bananas – and nuts.
