MG Motor India may launch the new ZS EV in India very soon. The company has also shared some details of the design and features of the upcoming ZS EV facelift. The 2022 MG ZS EV has been introduced with a completely new design. It has a covered front grille and charging socket on the left side of the front logo.

Talking about the changes in the interior, the new MG ZS EV will have an updated instrument cluster and infotainment system. Except for a few minor changes, the cabin of the MG ZS EV remains the same as the current model. MG hasn’t revealed any details about the electric drivetrain of the new ZS EV, but the current model is powered by a 44.5 kWh hi-tech battery pack and churns out 141 bhp and 353 Nm of torque.

According to MG, the range of this electric SUV is up to 419 km when fully charged. It is expected that the per charge range of the new model will increase. MG has already announced the prices of the new ZS EV in the UK, which is £28,190 (Rs 28.48 lakh) and is available in six different trim options. When launched in India, the new MG ZS EV will compete with the Tata Nexon EV and Hyundai Kona EV.
