Salman Khan has upgraded his ride keeping his safety in mind. Instead of his old Land Cruiser LC200, Salman was seen riding a new Nissan Patrol SUV, accompanied by a police vehicle for his security.
This new Nissan Patrol of Salman is a bulletproof car and comes first in bulletproof vehicles in the world. Although it is not sold in India, it can be said that Salman Khan has imported this car from outside.
The Nissan Patrol is very popular in the Middle East and South East Asia and is widely used for security. Although not much information has been revealed about this car, but it is believed that it comes with B6 or B7 type safety level.
The Nissan Patrol is a powerful vehicle, powered by a 5.6-litre, V8 engine that produces 400 Bhp of power and 560 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 7-speed automatic gearbox and sends power to all four wheels.
Nissan Patrol comes with excellent off-road capability. It is currently in its 6th generation and the latest model was introduced in 2019. Its non-bulletproof version comes in Rs 2 crore.
In such a situation, due to the bulletproof version and being imported in India, its cost would have increased even more. Let us tell you that earlier Salman Khan used to use the old generation Land Rover Range Rover LWB but last year he changed his car.
