New Delhi: There is good news for electric car or two wheeler owners and buyers planning to buy. India’s largest EV charging station has been built in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Gurugram. This charging station has been prepared by Alektrify and its most important thing is that it has been prepared in a record time of just 30 days. National Highway for Electric Vehicles (NHEV) has started this EV charging station in Sector 86 of Haryana’s commercial capital Gurugram. Now two largest charging stations of the country have been established in Gurugram.
Earlier the largest EV charging station till date was in Sector 52 in Gurugram itself, which was commissioned early last month and is also operated by Alektrify.
1000 vehicles will be charged daily
Talking about the charging capacity of this station, there will be a total of 121 charging points, which can easily charge 1000 vehicles in 24 hours. AC Charger It takes about 6 hours to charge an EV and in this sense, a total of four vehicles can be charged with one EV charger in a day.
Charging stations will be built here too
Let us tell you that on the lines of Gurugram, preparations are being made to open 2 charging stations in Noida as well. Apart from this, preparations are being made to build 30 more charging stations on Jaipur-Delhi-Agra highway within 90 days.
