Car owners will receive notifications about recall campaigns through the State Services portal. The corresponding service was launched by Mintsifra and Rosstandart.
“A service has been launched on the Gosuslug portal that will inform citizens about car recall campaigns. If a manufacturing defect is found in the car, a notification about this will automatically come to the personal account of the owner of the car at the State Services. The notification service was launched by the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with Rosstandart“, the official statement says.
The service, as noted, will send notifications to car owners registered on the State Services. “You no longer need to search for information yourself to check if the car is in a recall. – notifications will be automatically sent to the “State Post” section“, the ministry added.
To receive notifications, the user must have a verified account on the “Gosuslugi”, verified by the traffic police data about the car in his personal account.
“The reason for the revocation will be written in the message that will come to your personal account on the “Gosuslugi”. These can be defects in airbags, defective parts, etc. It will also be written who to contact for free repairs or advice.“, the ministry explained.
Remember October 1st launched an electronic service for the presentation of a driver’s license through the mobile application “Gosuslugi Avto”.
