Nothing Phone 3 Will Be Launched in India Today: Price, Specifications, and Live Streaming Details
Nothing is set to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Phone 3, today, July 1. The company has already confirmed the launch, and the teaser is live on Flipkart. The launch event will be streamed online at 10:30 PM IST. This phone is expected to be more powerful and premium than its previous two versions. Notably, this time the device has been manufactured in India under the Make in India initiative, which the brand has strongly promoted.
The launch event will begin at 10:30 PM IST, and the company will also livestream it. Along with India, the smartphone will be introduced in the global market. Viewers can watch the event live on Nothing’s official YouTube channel or via the embedded video on the company’s website.
According to available information, the Nothing Phone 3 may feature a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3000 nits. The phone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, offering top-tier performance.
In terms of camera setup, the Phone 3 may include a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with optical zoom support. Additionally, it could feature an ultra-wide lens and a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The device is likely to be equipped with a 5,150mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging. Wireless and reverse wireless charging may also be included. One of the highlights will be the new Glyph Matrix LED interface on the back, which displays notifications and animations using small LED dots.
The Phone 3 will run on Nothing OS 3.5, based on Android 15. The company has promised 5 years of operating system updates and 7 years of security updates.
As for the pricing, Nothing CEO Carl Pei surprised many at a Google event by revealing the estimated price of the Phone 3. He stated that the phone could be priced around £800 (approximately ₹92,000).
