Nothing Phone (3) spotted on Geekbench, features revealed ahead of launch
Nothing is set to make its upcoming Nothing Phone (3) its most powerful device yet. The company has officially confirmed that the phone will launch on July 1. Ahead of the launch, a new Geekbench listing has surfaced, revealing improved performance and flagship-level specifications. Here are the full details about the Nothing Phone (3).
According to the listing, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in the Nothing Phone (3) scored 2,076 in the single-core test and 6,577 in the multi-core test, placing it in the flagship processor category. Compared to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 used in the Phone (2), Nothing CEO Carl Pei stated that the new processor delivers a 36% improvement in CPU performance, 88% in GPU, and 60% in NPU, which enhances overall performance. These scores are very close to the iQOO Neo 10, so users can expect the Phone (3) to be faster and more responsive during daily use.
Nothing Phone (3) Features and Specifications
The Phone (3) is confirmed to include 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and run on Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5. The company is also reportedly expanding its software support, promising 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security patches.
Leaks suggest the phone will feature a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM, and 3,000 nits peak brightness, which is a significant upgrade from the 1,600 nits on the previous model.
The phone may pack a 5,150mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging. On the rear, the camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, ultrawide lens, and 3x periscope zoom. The signature Glyph Matrix design will return, adding to the device’s unique visual appeal.
With upgraded performance, an improved display, and a powerful camera setup, the Nothing Phone (3) is expected to be a strong competitor to the OnePlus 13.
