Nexon ends Brezza’s two-month rule, this Tata SUV is selling well

Tata Nexon Defeats Maruti Suzuki Brezza:
Maruti Suzuki’s supremacy in the SUV segment has once again been eroded by Tata Motors and after two months, the Tata Nexon has once again become the best selling SUV in India. Looking at the car sales report of October 2022, Tata Nexon has beaten Maruti Brezza by a long margin. While Brezza was in the top 5 cars in August and September, it slipped to number 10 in October last. At the same time, Tata Nexon has made a great comeback and has regained the title of top selling SUV by making a place in the top 5 best selling cars.

Brezza sales fall sharply
Looking at the October 2022 SUV Sales Report, Tata Nexon has sold a total of 13,767 units, which is an annual growth of 36%. In October 2021, 10,096 units of Tata Nexon were sold. In September 2022, 14,518 units of Tata Nexon were sold, that is, there has been a decrease in monthly sales. At the same time, only 9,941 units of Maruti Suzuki Brezza were sold in the last month i.e. in October, which is with an annual growth of 24 percent. However, there has been a significant drop in monthly sales, as 15,445 units of Brezza were sold in September and it dropped to less than 10,000 in October.

Introduced, whose prices range from Rs 7.60 lakh to Rs 14.08 lakh (ex-showroom). The Nexon is available with both petrol and diesel engines as well as manual and automatic transmission options. At the same time, Maruti Suzuki Brezza has been introduced in a total of 11 variants of 4 trim levels like LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+, whose prices range from Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 13.96 lakh (ex-showroom).
