Redmi made a big gift to fans in China by launching the new flagships Redmi K60 and K60 Pro today, December 31st. But that’s not all surprises: today the company introduced the ultra-budget Redmi 12C.
The phone is based on SoC MediaTek Helio G85, endowed with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC 5.1 flash memory. IPS screen – with a diagonal of 6.71 inches, a resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels and a frame rate of 120 Hz.
The front camera is 5-megapixel, and the main one is with sensors with a resolution of 50 and 2 megapixels. There is also a 5000 mAh battery with support for 10 W charging, a Bluetooth 5.1 module, a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
The phone is 8.77 mm thick and weighs 192 grams. The OS was Android 12 with MIUI 13 interface. $ 100 is the cost of the basic version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory. Other options are 4/128GB for $115 and 6/128GB for $130.
