New Tata Nexon coming with a long range of 400KM, full details of launch from price

Tata Motors (Tata Motors) its popular electric SUV Tata Nexon (Tata Nexon EV) is preparing to bring a long range version. This model will be sold along with the current model. Tata Nexon EV is currently the most popular electric car in India and has been the bestselling car in the EV segment for a long time.

Range up to 400KM

The company will launch the new Tata Nexon with a longer range, which will give buyers the option of a longer range. The new Nexon is going to come with a range of up to 400 km. At present, this car comes with a range of 312 km.

How much will it cost?
Tata Nexon EV price starts at Rs 14.29 Lakh for the ongoing model and Rs 16.9 Lakh for the top model. The price of the long range version of the car has not been announced by the company but it is believed that Tata Motors can launch it in the price range of Rs 17-18 lakh.

When will be launch?
News about this long range version of Tata Nexon has been coming out for a long time. The company can launch this car in April 2022. With this version, the competition in the electric vehicle segment is expected to increase further.

The current model of this car has a lithium-ion battery for power, which is liquid cooled and IP67 certified. That is, its battery is water and resistant. To put it in more simple language, its battery is not affected by both water and dust. The Nexon EV has a battery of 30.2 kWh. This electric car gives a range of 312 km on a single charge. That is, once fully charged, this car gives a journey of up to 312 km without stopping. Its new electric powertrain generates 245 Nm of peak torque. This electrician achieves a speed of 0-100 kmph in 9.9 seconds.
