The new Hyundai Verna is to be launched soon and before that the company has revealed its safety features. More than 65 safety features will be given in it, in which 30 features will be standard.
Along with this, 17 Level 2 ADAS features will be provided. All variants of the new Hyundai Verna will be given 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, emergency stop signal, automatic headlight, lane change indicator, seat belt reminder.
On the other hand, the new Hyundai Verna will be given Level-2 ADAS technology which uses front and rear radars, sensors and cameras. Hyundai SmartSense will also be given in it, under which many great features are available.
These include Forward Collision Warning, Collision Avoidance Assist, Blind Spot Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Driver Attention Warning, Cruise Control, Rear Cross-traffic Collision Warning etc.
A host of safety features on the new Hyundai Verna include ESC, hill start assist control, electronic parking brake, front parking sensors, cornering lamps, tire pressure monitoring system and disc brakes on all wheels.
The new Hyundai Verna will be made available in four variants – EX, S, SX and SX(O). It will be made available in 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre NA petrol engine options.
It will be offered with a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT gearbox with the turbo-petrol engine and a 6-speed manual and 6-speed IVT gearbox with the NA petrol engine. The company is going to present it on 21 March.
Talking about the size of the new Hyundai Verna, the overall length will be 4535 mm, width 1765 mm and height 1475 mm. Its length and width have been kept the same but no change has been made in the height.
