The government has reduced customs duty on transformer parts of mobile phone chargers, camera lenses of mobile camera modules and other devices from 5 to 12.5 per cent. Smartwatch and fitness band: If you want to buy devices like smartwatches and fitness bands, these prices can also be reduced for you. The government has announced that smartwatch manufacturers will be exempted from customs duty till March 31, 2023. Therefore, after April 1, the prices of smartwatches and fitness bands in the country may fall. This means that you can buy these trendy devices for yourself at low prices.

Wireless earbuds:
The government has increased tariffs on imports of parts used in the manufacture of earbuds. This could lead to an increase in the production cost of earbuds from April 1. In such a scenario, users are likely to have to pay more for wireless earbuds, neckband headphones.

Premium Headphones: The government has now announced a 20 per cent surcharge on direct imports of headphones. This rule is being implemented across the country from April 1, as a result of which users will have to pay a higher price for imported headphones. But on the other hand, the demand for home-made headphones seems to be on the rise. In the 2022 budget, the government announced an increase in import duty on compressors and parts used to make refrigerators. Which will be effective from 1st April. In such a scenario, from April 1, refrigerator manufacturers can increase the prices of refrigerators in the country. It is estimated.
