New Alto launch with sporty look and great mileage, read powerful features

Delhi: Maruti Suzuki’s Alto is the best selling car in India. The company has so far sold more than 43 lakh units of this car. In 2022, the company launched a new model of Alto K10. Now Maruti Suzuki has introduced a new model of its popular hatchback car Alto K10 (Maruti Alto K10 Xtra Edition). The looks of the car have been updated both externally and internally. It gets orange highlights on the skid plates, ORVMs and roof mounted spoiler, which differentiates it from the standard K10.

Generates maximum power of 67hp and peak torque of 89Nm

It is powered by a 1.0-litre, K-series petrol engine. Maruti Suzuki has kept the basic design of the standard car in the Alto K10 Xtra Edition. It gets a muscular bonnet, hexagonal honeycomb-mesh grille, halogen headlamps, blacked-out skid plates with orange highlights and bumper-mounted fog lamps. It gets orange ORVMs, body colored door handles and steel wheels with designer covers. The Alto K10 Xtra Edition gets a 1.0-litre K10C, petrol engine, mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. It generates maximum power of 67hp and peak torque of 89Nm.

Price not announced

On the inside, it gets a minimalistic dashboard design, dual-tone fabric upholstery, power windows, manual AC and a multifunctional steering wheel. It gets a digital instrument cluster and a 7.0-inch SmartPlay Pro infotainment system. For safety, it has dual airbags and ABS. The price of Alto K10 Xtra Edition has not been announced yet. It will be slightly more expensive than the earlier price.
