The company is now reportedly preparing to refresh several of its existing laptop models in the coming days, which are expected to be announced during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona. However, apart from the upgrade, the company is reportedly preparing to introduce a new laptop model with a transparent design which the company had managed to keep a secret till now.
Design renders of an alleged transparent laptop from Lenovo in Windows Report leak It has been claimed that the company may showcase this concept at MWC 2024, which is scheduled to be held from February 26 to February 29. The images in the report show the model sporting Lenovo branding and a bezel-less design, with what appears to be a transparent display.
The deck of this transparent Lenovo laptop is reflective and can also be completely transparent. The primary internal components are placed inside and below the opaque chin, where they are not visible. It also has an opaque, thin frame that surrounds the entire deck and is likely to have multiple connectivity ports.
The report does not mention any specifications of the transparent Lenovo laptop, but suggests that it will run Windows 11 out-of-the-box. It was also claimed that the model looks more like a dual-screen laptop than a classic laptop. It is expected that after showcasing this laptop at MWC 2024, the company will reveal some of its features and specifications.
