The MTS operator announced the launch of a new service as part of the MTS Your Business project – registration of individual entrepreneurs and LLCs. According to the press service of MTS, this is the first free service for business registration among Russian telecom companies.
According to the developers, entrepreneurs will be able to draw up a package of documents for opening an individual entrepreneur or LLC without leaving home. The process takes an average of 15 minutes. To register a business using the service, you must fill out an online form. The entrepreneur will need a SNILS number, a passport, as well as an application for opening a current account in any of the partner banks – Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, Sberbank, Otkritie and others. You can also apply for opening an account online using the MTS Your Business service.
After that, a package of documents will be generated for submission to the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Further, the entrepreneur can download the documents, sign them on their own and take them to the tax office. Another opportunity to open an individual entrepreneur or LLC using the service is to submit documents to the tax office online. In this case, a courier will come to the entrepreneur, check the correctness of all the data, help to issue an electronic digital signature for free, with which it will be possible to sign documents before sending them to the Federal Tax Service.
