Motorola has globally launched the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra and Edge 50 Fusion on Tuesday. The phones feature Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets with up to 16GB of RAM in the Ultra model and up to 12GB of RAM in the Fusion model. While the Ultra model boasts a triple rear camera setup, the Fusion model comes with two rear cameras. The Edge 50 Ultra houses a 4,500mAh battery, while the Edge 50 Fusion packs a 5,000mAh battery. Pricing Motorola Edge 50 Ultra:

The starting price of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is EUR 999 (approximately Rs 88,900), while the starting price of the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is EUR 399 (approximately Rs 35,900). These phones will be available for sale in select markets across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Oceania in the coming weeks. However, Motorola has not yet provided information about launching these two phones in India.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is offered in Forest Gray and Peach Fudge shades with a vegan leather finish and Third Nordic Wood pattern. On the other hand, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is available in Hot Pink and Marshmallow Blue colors with a Vegan Leather Back and Forest Blue option.

Features and Specifications of Motorola Edge 50 Ultra:

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ pOLED display with a resolution of 1,220 x 2,712 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,500 nits peak brightness level, and a 93.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 inbuilt storage. The phone runs on Hello UI based on Android 14 and is backed by a 4,500mAh battery supporting 125W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

In terms of optics, the Edge 50 Ultra sports a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It also features a 50-megapixel selfie camera. Connectivity options include dual 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C port. Security is provided by an in-display fingerprint sensor, and the phone has an IP68 rating for dust and water protection. The dimensions of the phone are 161.09 mm in length, 72.38 mm in width, 8.59 mm in thickness, and it weighs 197 grams.

The phone runs on Hello UI based on Android 14 and is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.

In terms of cameras, the Edge 50 Fusion features a 50-megapixel primary rear camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. It also houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port. It features a biometric sensor and has an IP rating similar to the Edge 50 Ultra. The dimensions of the phone are 161.9 mm in length, 73.1 mm in width, 7.9 mm in thickness, and it weighs 174.9 grams.
