Motorola’s new smartphone, the Moto S50 Neo, is set to launch in China on June 25. This phone is unique as it will come with a 4-year warranty. This warranty includes a 1-year standard warranty and a 3-year complimentary extended warranty, making it the first smartphone to offer such an extensive warranty period. Previously, some smartphones have offered warranties of 2 or even 3 years, but this is the first to offer 4 years.
Global Release and Warranty Details
The company has not yet disclosed how users can avail themselves of the 4-year warranty for the Motorola S50 Neo. Additionally, the phone will be launched globally as the Moto G85 5G. However, it is unlikely that the Moto G85 5G will include the same 4-year warranty.
