The price of this electric SUV, which is the size of Tata Harrier, starts at around Rs 13 lakh. This is the reason why customers rushed to buy it. Introducing this car at a low price has been a master stroke for the company. The bZ3X electric SUV launched under the GAC Toyota partnership got more than 10,000 bookings in just one hour.
The 430 Air and 430 Air + trim of the Toyota bZ3X get a 50.03 kWh battery pack. The company claims that it gives a range of 430Km on a single charge. On the other hand, the 520 Pro and 520 Pro + trim get a 58.37 kWh battery pack. Which gives a range of 520Km on a single charge. Its top-spec is from the 610 Max trim which gets a 67.92 kWh battery pack. It gives a range of 610Km on a single charge. The Air and Pro models come with a 204 bhp single electric motor, while the Max model gets a 224 bhp single electric motor.
The Toyota bZ3X measures 4,600mm in length, 1,875mm in width, 1,645mm in height. Its wheelbase is 2,765mm long. It gets sleek LED lighting elements, large wheels, strong-looking body cladding, flush door handles, chrome highlights, charging port on the front right quarter panel and blackened effect for the roof and pillars. There is a bulb above the windshield that houses the car’s LiDAR sensor for autonomous driving features.
It has 11 cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, 3 mm wave radars and a LiDAR. All of these are controlled by the Nvidia Drive AGX Orin X system. It gets a 14.6-inch infotainment screen, 8.8-inch instrument screen, 11-speaker Yamaha sound system, ambient lighting, luxury interior. Prices start at CNY 109,800 (roughly Rs. 13 lakhs) for the base 430 Air and go up to CNY 159,800 (roughly Rs. 19 lakhs).
