The average price of new video cards in German retail has fallen to record lows.
According to the source, Radeon RX 6000 cards are on average selling at 86% of the recommended price, while GeForce RTX 30 cards are selling at 91%. A month earlier, the corresponding figures were 88% and 97%, respectively. That is, Nvidia adapters began to get cheaper more strongly, because almost all the time they lagged behind AMD cards in terms of pace.
Thus, today’s video cards of current generations are cheaper than ever before. Whether the cards will continue to get cheaper is unclear, but at least the GeForce RTX 3050 still has room to go cheaper, since the adapter has not yet come close to its recommended price.
