As the newspaper writes, more than half of corporate clients of mobile operators have not yet entered information into the unified identification and authentication system (ESIA). This must be done according to the new law.
According to Mobile Research Group, there are now about 32 million corporate SIM cards in Russia. It is noted that customers who received a SIM card after July 1 are immediately brought into the ESIA.
The ministry said that more than hundreds of corporate subscribers have already received a reminder to submit information. But the operators themselves were “held hostage” – they cannot do anything on their own. They only have to inform their subscribers about the need to enter information into the Unified Information System.
Experts believe that mostly corporate SIM cards of medium and small businesses remained unregistered.
