To use it, you have to download the latest update in iPhone. According to MacRumors, users who have installed this update are facing various problems.

A user on Reddit said that all my family members have been locked out of the Home app and are facing difficulties in reconnecting.

    • For the user you’re inviting, make sure the user’s iPhone or iPad is running iOS or iPadOS version 16.2.
    • On the invited user’s iPhone or iPad, upgrade all homes to the new home architecture. You can check whether you are up to date by going to Home Settings > Software Update.
