Microsoft also refuses to attend CES

Microsoft closed the week by announcing that it will not be in person at CES 2022 in Las Vegas, joining the list of companies that will be limited to online participation.

Earlier it became known that from plans to attend CES 2022 refused many large companiesincluding General Motors, Google, Waymo, Meta Platforms, Twitter, Lenovo Group AT&T, and Amazon.com. They reported this at the beginning of the week.

Meanwhile, organizers of CES 2022 on Thursday said the event will continue to be held in a hybrid format. On January 5-8, a traditional program is planned with press conferences, speeches, meetings and visits to the stands. At the same time, “strict security measures” will be taken, which include the availability of vaccination documents, the wearing of masks and the availability of tests for COVID-19.
