MG ZS EV Excite variant to compete with Tata Nexon EV MAX, see price and battery range details

MG Motor India has launched the ZS EV Excite, the base variant of its luxurious electric SUV MG ZS EV facelift in India, which will compete with the segment’s best selling car Tata Nexon EV Max. The price of 2022 MG ZS EV Excite base variant is Rs 22.58 Lakh. The company had launched this electric car in the early months of this year itself and its price was kept at Rs 21.99 lakh, but now announcing the start of its sale, the company has also increased its prices.

MG Motor India launched the new MG ZS EV Facelift this year in two special variants namely Excite and Exclusive, with prices ranging from Rs 21.99 lakh to Rs 25.88 lakh (ex-showroom). While the MG ZS EV trim was being sold, the base variant MG ZS EV Excite was not being sold. Now, while announcing the start of sales of the base variant Excite, the company has also increased its price, which is Rs 22.58 lakh. With this, the price of the top variant MG ZS EV Exclusive has also been increased by Rs 61 thousand to Rs 26.49 lakh.

Great battery range and features
Let us tell you that along with the MG ZS EV Excite, a 50.3kWh battery pack has also been given in the Exclusive variant, which has a battery range of up to 461 km on a single charge. The electric motor of this electric SUV can generate 174 bhp power and 280 Nm torque. You can drive this electric car of MG at a speed of 0-100 kmph in just 8.5 seconds. The electric SUV gets many standard and safety features including a large touchscreen infotainment system, 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, wireless charger. Let us tell you that the MG ZS EV competes with the Tata Nexon EV Max, whose price ranges from Rs 18.34 lakh to Rs 20.04 lakh (ex-showroom).
