People’s craze for electric vehicles is continuously increasing in the Indian market. MG Motor, which has emerged as the country’s second largest electric car manufacturer after Tata Motors in the EV segment, has announced a joint venture with JSW Group yesterday. Now the company will be known as JSW MG Motor India. Along with the announcement of this joint venture, the company has also showcased its new electric sports car MG Cyberster.
Let us tell you that in the year 2021, the company unveiled the MG Cyberster for the first time, after which it presented the production ready version of this car at the Goodwood Festival of Speed held in 2023. How is the exterior:
The MG Cyberster is built on a completely new platform, although it looks largely similar to the 2017 e-Motion coupe. Talking about design, the car has smooth LED headlights with DRL and an air intake at the bottom. It gets upward swooping split air intake and a sculpted bonnet.
At the rear, the company has given LED taillights of arrow design and split rear diffuser. Presented in attractive red color, the look and design of this sports car is similar to many traditional sports cars. Although we will not talk about it here. Scissor doors are available in this car which is especially in trend in sports cars.
Talking about the size of this car, its length is 4,533 mm, width is 1,912 mm, height is 1,328 mm and it has a wheelbase of 2,689 mm. You will get ample space in the cabin of this sports car that comes with only two seats. Apart from this, 19 to 20 inch diamond cut alloy wheels have been given in the car. Many slicks, cuts and creases are seen on the body of MG Cyberster which give it a more aggressive look.
A look at the interior:
Talking about the cabin of the car, it has been decorated with a special red color theme. The matte red leather upholstery and workmanship on the seats make it more beautiful. Its cabin equipped with big screens is quite premium. On the lines of traditional sports cars, the seats have been given silver head support. Apart from this, the driver and co-driver compartment have been separated from the center console.
