Meta Corporation has made non-fungible token (NFT) related features available to all US Instagram and Facebook users.
Opportunity to work with NFT on Instagram tested since Maybut on Thursday, this functionality of the service became available to every user in the United States.
Users can connect wallets from Coinbase, Dapper Labs, MetaMask, Rainbow and Trust to Instagram. According to blog postInstagram users can also post their NFTs to their Facebook accounts.
The corporation also allowed NFT to be shared by all Instagram users from 100 countries who participate in the pilot project.
“Today we are announcing that all US Facebook and Instagram users can now connect their wallets and share their digital collectibles,” the Meta said in a post. “In addition, all 100 countries where digital collectibles are available on Instagram can now access this feature.”
The announcement came after the company’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg sold NFT to his kids baseball card for $105,000.
