Mercedes Benz India: Mercedes-Benz India has launched its updated A-Class Limousine and AMG A 45 S in India. Prices for the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine (A 200 Petrol) start from Rs. 45.80 Lakh, ex-showroom and for the facelifted AMG A 45 S, ex-showroom: Rs. 92.50 Lakh. The company has started booking for both these cars, and their deliveries are expected to start soon.
How is the Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine?
The new Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine gets minor cosmetic upgrades, which include updated bumpers and alloy wheels, among others. The A-Class Limousine is powered by a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine that generates 163 bhp power and 270 Nm torque. This engine is paired with a 7-speed DCT. The car will also get a diesel engine option, the prices of which will be announced by the end of this year.
Mercedes-AMG A 45 S
The facelifted Mercedes-AMG A 45 S also gets some cosmetic changes, but the powertrain has been kept the same as before. It gets a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, which generates 421 Bhp power and 500 Nm peak torque. It is the most powerful luxury hatchback sold in India.
