We are talking about an initiative in which the Federal Antimonopoly Service, MTS, Megaion, Beeline and Tele2 take part. Subscribers of these operators will be able to file a complaint, after which they will receive an answer almost immediately.
It is reported that spam call or SMS numbers will be blocked for 72 hours, and immediately by all operators connected to the new system.
Representatives of the “big four” noted that the new system has every chance to improve the quality of the fight against spam. Right now they are working on a reverse form for citizens’ appeals.
The ability to exchange information with each other and conduct operational analysis is something that would not be possible without such a system, according to representatives of the operators.
