RoboBurger, a vending machine that makes real-time burgers without human intervention, was installed at the Newport Center in Jersey City (USA).
RoboBurger is a small, patented automatic kitchen with artificial intelligence. The device, which occupies a little more than 1 m 2 , is equipped with a built-in refrigerator for 50 frozen cutlets, a quick grill, and a special automated cleaning system. Once every two days, a specialist arrives who replenishes the refrigerator with the necessary ingredients, and also drains the wastewater.
The CEO and co-founder of RoboBurger is Audrey Wilson, a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. She devoted four years to this project. The operation of the food machine can be seen in the video:
