Presently the company has 4200 service touchpoints located in 2100 cities across the country.

Recently, Maruti Suzuki India announced the expansion of online retailing of its Genuine Accessories to over 100 cities across the country. The Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories (MSGA) website was launched last year and was initially in the testing phase, during which only customers in Delhi and NCR could buy accessories online. However, the company has now expanded this service to more than 100 cities.
Users can search for accessories by vehicle model, type and product category. The company is currently offering over 2,000 accessories online and aims to grow this further. Customers can pay for accessories through digital payment gateways along with payment modes of their choice like UPI, cards and net banking.
Customers can also opt for home installation, depending on the accessories they choose for their car. However, for larger accessories that require professional installation, the customer will have to take their car to the nearest Maruti Suzuki workshop to get them installed.
This is great news for the customers living in flood affected areas in India, now they will not have to take different types of warranties again and again, nor do they have to get the car serviced for more money. This is the first care package of its kind.
