A total of 8,715 units of Mahindra Scorpio have been sold in January 2023, which is 188 percent more than the 3,026 units sold in January 2022.
Mahindra Scorpio N is currently available in 30 variants, with prices ranging from Rs 12.74 Lakh to Rs 24.05 Lakh. It gets two engine options – 132bhp/175bhp, 2.2 diesel and 203bhp, 2.0L petrol engine. At the same time, Mahindra Scorpio Classic comes in two variants – S and S11, which cost Rs 12.64 lakh and Rs 16.14 lakh respectively. It gets a 2.2L turbo diesel engine, which generates 132bhp and 300Nm.
Mahindra Bolero was the second best selling SUV of the company in January 2023. The company had sold 3,506 units in the same month last year but has sold 8,574 units in January this year. Its sales have registered an increase of 145 percent. The SUV model lineup is sold in three variants – B4, B6 and B6 (O), which are priced at Rs 9.53 lakh, Rs 10 lakh and Rs 10.48 lakh, respectively.
Mahindra’s third best selling SUV in January 2023 was the XUV700, which sold 4,119 units in January 2022 but a total of 5,787 units were sold in January 2023. It is currently available in 22 variants in two trims – MX and AX, priced between Rs 13.45 lakh to Rs 25.48 lakh. It comes in 200bhp, 2.0L petrol and 155bhp/185bhp, 2.2L diesel engine options.
Mahindra & Mahindra’s total sales in January 2023
Mahindra & Mahindra has sold a total of 64,335 vehicles (including exports of 3,009 units) in the month of January 2023. The company sold a total of 33,040 units of passenger vehicles (including UVs) and 21,724 units of commercial vehicles. The company said that the newly launched products including the Thar RWD and the company’s first all-electric XUV400 SUV are receiving an overwhelming response from the customers. The company has sold a total of 32,915 units of utility vehicles, which is a growth of 66 percent on an annual basis.
