Petrol variants costlier by up to Rs 37,000
Starting with the base variant of the XUV 300 W4 MT, the price of this variant has been increased by Rs 25,000. Its ex-showroom price has increased from Rs 8.16 lakh to Rs 8.41 lakh. The new price of the XUV300 W6 MT is Rs 9.99 lakh, while the price of the W6 AMT variant has increased by Rs 31,000 to Rs 10.51 lakh, which was earlier available at Rs 10.20 lakh.

The price of the W8 MT variant increased by Rs 32,000 to Rs 11.16 lakh as against Rs 10.84 lakh, while the W8 O MT now costs Rs 12.38 lakh, an increase of Rs 35,000 as compared to the earlier price of Rs 12.03 lakh.

The price of XUV300 W8 O MT DT also increased by Rs 35,000 to Rs 12.53 lakh, while the price of W8 O AMT has increased to Rs 13.06 lakh, an increase of Rs 37,000 as compared to the earlier price of Rs 12.69 lakh. The top of the line W8 O AMT DT price has increased from Rs 12.84 lakh to Rs 13.21 lakh now. The price of this variant has been increased by Rs 37,000.

Diesel variants now costlier by up to Rs 42,000
The maximum price hike has been done for the diesel variant of Mahindra XUV300. The diesel models of the XUV300 have now become costlier by Rs 30,000 to Rs 42,000. The base W4 MT trim which was earlier priced at Rs 9.30 lakh, has now increased by Rs 30,000 to Rs 9.60 lakh for the same variant.

The XUV300 W6 MT variant is now available for Rs 10.38 lakh which was earlier available at Rs 9.99 lakh. Whereas the W6 AMT trim has seen the highest increase of Rs 42,000. Its price has increased from Rs 11.28 lakh to Rs 11.70 lakh. The new price of the sun-roofed W8 MT variant has been fixed at Rs 12.41 lakh and the new price of W8 O MT at Rs 13.23 lakh.

The price of W8 O MT DT has increased by Rs 38,000 to Rs 13.38 lakh, while the price of W8 OAMT and W8 O AMT DT has increased by Rs 40,000 to Rs 13.92 lakh and Rs 14.07 lakh, respectively. Apart from the increase in prices, the company has not made any updates to the XUV300 in terms of features or engine specifications. All above prices are ex-showroom.

There are two engine options available in Mahindra XUV 300. It is powered by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 109 bhp power and 200 Nm of torque. It is also powered by a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 115 bhp and 300 Nm of torque. Mahindra is planning to launch the facelift model of the XUV300 by the end of 2022 or early 2023. It will come with a revised exterior design and a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine.
