Mahindra Scorpio Classic Introduced in India, Know What’s New

Mahindra Scorpio Classic has been made available in two variants S and S11. Its S variant is given with 7-seat and 9-seat side facing and S11 is given with the option of 7-seat captain seat and 7-seat side facing. The price of Mahindra Scorpio Classic will be announced on August 20.

Talking about the look of the Scorpio Classic, it has been given a new grille with black and chrome finish in front, along with faux skid plate and Mahindra’s new logo has been given in it. The Scorpio will get 17-inch dual tone alloy wheels, while the lower variant will get steel wheels. Lines and creases have been given on its bonnet, two still give it a strong look.

At the rear of the Scorpio Classic, the rear lights are placed vertically on both sides and Mahindra’s new SUV logo has been given in the middle. Along with this, roof rails, shark fin antenna have been given. It also gets rear-mounting, with 7-seat and 9-seat options, leaving very little boot space.

Talking about the interiors of Mahindra Scorpio Classic, its cabin has been kept in a dual tone avatar. Along with this, new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, micro hybrid technology, automatic temperature control, gear shift indicator, 12 volt pocket socket, tilt steering, central locking, i-touch lane change indicator, power windows have been given.

In terms of safety, it has been given multiple airbags, panic brake indication, engine immobilizer, anti-theft warning, seat belt reminder, speed alert, auto door lock warning. For braking in Mahindra Scorpio Classic front disc brake, rear drum brake has been given. For suspension, hydraulic double acting and telescopic shock absorbers have been given at the rear. It has been given tubeless tires of 235/65 R17.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic is made available with a 2.2-litre diesel engine that churns out 130 Bhp of power and 300 Nm of torque. It has been given a 6-speed manual gearbox. It comes with a fuel tank capacity of 60-litres. The company claims that the weight of the engine has been reduced by 55 kg and the mileage has improved by 14%.

Talking about the size, its length has been kept 4456 meters, width 1820 mm, height 1995 mm and wheelbase 2680 mm.

Many people are crazy about this model of Mahindra Scorpio and in such a situation, the company has brought with a new logo and some general changes and a new identity, it looks very attractive. Mahindra Scorpio Classic is looking very powerful, it is to be sold along with the new Scorpio-N.
