Luxury penthouse sold in India’s most expensive apartment! Deal done for Rs 240 crore

Luxury Penthouse in Mumbai: An industrialist in Mumbai has bought a penthouse for Rs 240 crore. This Penthouse is in Worli Luxury Tower. It is discussed that Mumbai’s Worli luxury tower is the most expensive apartment in India. The luxury penthouse in this apartment has been sold through a company. This penthouse is located in Project Three Sixty West on Annie Besant Road, Worli.

According to the Times of India report, the penthouse in this building is on the 63rd, 64th and 65th floors. The penthouse is spread over 30,000 square feet. The penthouse has been purchased on Wednesday and the buyer has purchased to live in this penthouse. It has also been informed in the report that another penthouse deal has been done in the adjacent wing of this tower, which has been sold at the same rate.

Which industrialist bought this penthouse

TOI has informed in its report that BK Goenka, chairman of Welspun Group, has bought this luxury penthouse through a company, for which he has spent Rs 240 crore.

Another penthouse sold for Rs 240 crore

Another penthouse in the adjacent wing of this tower has been bought by builder Vikas Oberoi for 240 crores. Oberoi has made a deal with businessman and builder Sudhakar Shetty in this deal. Oberoi is believed to have bought the penthouse in his project through one of his companies, RS Estates Pvt Ltd.

In 2015, the Jindal family bought a 10,000 square feet apartment for Rs 160 crore. On the other hand, actor Ranbir Singh bought an apartment worth Rs 119 crore in Sagar Sangam building in Bandra. On the other hand, Devvrat Developer bought 5 luxury apartments for Rs 113 crore.
