It is noted that we usually begin to feel hungry three hours after eating. Therefore, nutritionists advise eating 4-5 times a day. Otherwise, hunger control becomes more difficult. And severe hunger makes us choose sweet, spicy, salty, smoked foods.

Breakfast should be hearty, include protein products and a cereal dish. It is worth having breakfast at the same time. This should be followed by a second breakfast, and then lunch, consisting of an appetizer, soup, protein dish and side dish, afternoon tea and dinner.

Nutritionists advise eating dinner three hours before bedtime. If you follow the diet, the body gets used to it. Appetite wakes up only at a certain time.

In addition to the regimen, you can moderate your appetite by using the right foods. It is better to eat something that is rich in fiber – cereals, bran and whole grain bread, crispbread. Soups are also good at reducing appetite.

Also, experts noted that stress leads to overeating. Therefore, you need to get rid of it.
