First of all, Yang advises to cultivate a warm attitude towards yourself. Stop beating yourself up for actions that seem unhelpful. In other words, the first habit is to accept yourself.

Yang also advises to engage in healthy reflection – to evaluate what you are doing, why and to what results it leads. You can even keep a diary: write down your thoughts and feelings in it.

The third habit is intermittent (or cyclic) 16/8 fasting. On it, you need to eat at an 8-hour interval a day, for example, from 10:00 to 18:00, and starve for the remaining 16 hours. The fourth habit is sports, but only that which gives pleasure.

Getting enough sleep is also important. It is worth introducing into the habit of healthy sleep for the time you need. For most people, this is seven hours or more.
