Lenovo has launched a new tablet in the Indian market, called the Lenovo Tab K9. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor and features a 5,100mAh battery.
The Chinese tech brand Lenovo has introduced the budget-friendly Lenovo Tab K9, also known as the Tab One. This tablet boasts a large 8.7-inch display and a MediaTek Helio G85 processor for powerful performance. Additionally, it comes with a 5,100mAh battery that supports fast charging. The Lenovo Tab K9 features an 8.7-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1340×480 pixels, 480 nits of brightness, and an 86% screen-to-body ratio. For smooth performance, it is equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. The tablet runs on Android 14 out of the box, with Lenovo’s ZUI 16 skin on top.
The company has confirmed that the tablet will receive the Android 15 update soon and will continue to get security patch updates until 2027. It comes with 4GB of RAM and offers up to 128GB of internal storage. The device is backed by a 5,100mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging. Lenovo claims that a full charge provides up to 12.5 hours of video playback and 16.5 hours of web browsing.
The company has not yet revealed the tablet’s price, but it is expected to be a part of the budget segment. Additional features include dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support, a 2MP front camera, and an 8MP primary camera. The tablet is lightweight, weighing only 320 grams.
