Lava has unveiled two new products in the Indian market, both of which are smartwatches, marking the brand’s debut in the smartwatch segment. The company has launched two smartwatches – Prowatch ZN and Prowatch VN – directly competing with several Chinese and Indian brands.

Starting with the Prowatch ZN, it features a 1.43-inch circular display with a functional crown, boasting a 60Hz refresh rate, Bluetooth calling, and an IP68 rating. Now, let’s delve into the pricing and other details of these products.

What is the price? 

Lava has introduced the Lava Prowatch ZN in two variants. The introductory price for the silicone strap variant is Rs 2,599, while the metallic variant is priced at Rs 2,999. Both prices are introductory offers, and you can purchase the ProWatch ZN from Amazon and Lava’s official website.

This watch is available in gray and black colors. As for the Lava ProWatch VN, the company has launched it at an introductory price of Rs 1,999, only available with a silicone strap option. The sale is scheduled to commence on April 26. Both watches come with a 24-month warranty.

What are the specifications? 

The Lava Prowatch ZN features a 1.43-inch always-on display with a 60Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The screen brightness is rated at 600 nits, and it includes a functional crown, supporting up to 150 watch faces.

Powered by the RTL8763EWE VP chipset and Bluetooth v5.2, the watch offers Bluetooth calling, a quick dial pad, message replies, and various health tracking features including SpO2, heart rate monitoring, stress detection, and sleep tracking. With 110 sports modes, users can track a variety of fitness activities. The watch is equipped with a 350mAh battery, promising a full charge in about an hour.

On the other hand, the Lava ProWatch VN features a 1.96-inch TFT display, powered by a Realtek chipset, and also offers Bluetooth calling and fitness tracking features. It is equipped with a 230mAh battery for power.
