AvtoVAZ promised to start selling Vesta NG sedans and station wagons in May, but dealers will have cars earlier – already in mid-April. Alexander Shaprinsky, Development Director of the Pragmatika Group of Companies, informed the Avtostat agency about this.
Prices and configurations of Vesta NG will be announced later, closer to the official start of sales, but dealers will be able to demonstrate cars to potential buyers.
Recall that the production of Vesta NG started in March, but so far not everything is going smoothly: due to a shortage of components, even had to reschedule a corporate vacation from July to May. But with another AvtoVAZ project – to produce “Chinese” under the Lada nameplate at the former Russian Nissan plant – everything is fine: production is expected to start in June.
