Benelli BN 125: Benelli , owned by Bajaj Auto, has launched the Benelli BN125 motorcycle in the European market. The new bike is the smallest bike ever from the company which has been inspired by the popular TNT 302. Benelli TNT 302 was earlier being sold in the Indian market. In terms of styling and design, the new bike is similar to the TNT 302 with many parts taken from the same motorcycle. However, this new motorcycle is completely different from the TNT 302.
Looks great bike
Benelli has given bulb indicators around the headlight in the front part of the bike. The rest of the parts include the center of the bike with a sporty black-end stipe on a strong fuel tank, alloy wheels, red-dipped Tallis frame, stepped seats and a sharp rear. The company has introduced the bike in four colors which are Neon, Black, White and Red.
Got 125 cc air-cooled engine
Benelli has powered the new BN125 with a 125cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 11bhp power and 10Nm peak torque. This engine has been equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. This engine is a bit less powerful than the KTM 125 Duke. The 125 Duke is powered by a 125 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 14.3 Bhp and 12 Nm of peak torque.
Features and Price
The Benelli BN125 gets USD forks up front and monoshock suspension at the rear. The company has given 260 mm disc brakes in the front wheel and 240 mm in the rear wheel which come with combi braking system. The new bike comes with 17-inch alloy wheels. The price of this motorcycle in Europe is 2,499 Euro, which in our currency is about 2 lakh rupees. The company is not going to launch in this Indian market very soon.
