Kia Sonnet X Line launched at Rs 13.39 lakh, attractive look, new features, update information

Talking about the look of the Kia Sonnet X line, the grille has been kept in Gloss Black color and the exterior has been kept in Graphite color. The front and rear skid plates get piano black color with dark metal accents. Gloss Black color is also given in its fog lamps and outside mirrors and dark metal accents have been kept on the doors.

While the Sonnet X line gets newly redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels in gloss black, the brake calipers have been kept in silver, which is seen in red color on the GT variant. Overall, an attempt has been made to give a different identity to this X Line variant and this color is given only in this variant.

Talking about the interior of the Sonnet X line, it has been kept in a new dual tone color. Apart from this, it gets sporty seats that get leather upholstery, red stitching has also been done in it and the X-Line logo is also seen. Its steering wheel is also wrapped in leather and the interior has also been given a black headline.

It is based on the GTX+ variant of the Sonnet, due to which it has been given similar features. Features like 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Auto and Apple CarPlay, Yuvo Connected Car technology, wireless phone charging, electric sunroof have been given in Sonnet X-Line.

For safety, the Sonnet X-Line gets ABS with EBD, six airbags, tire pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control and vehicle stability management. Talking about the engine options, it has been given a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engine option which comes with 7 DCT and 6-speed automatic gearbox respectively.

Its 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 117 Bhp of power and 172 Nm of torque and a 1.5-litre diesel engine produces 112 Bhp of power and 250 Nm of torque. The price of Kia Sonnet has been increased by Rs 34,000 in the month of August itself and was brought with some general updates.

The Kia Sonnet has become a popular model and following in the footsteps of the Seltos, the X Line variant of the Sonnet has also been introduced. So, for the customers who wanted a distinct identity with the top variant, this would be a suitable model for them.
