Kia Seltos Price & Features: Hyundai Creta dominates the mid-size SUV segment. It is the best selling SUV in its segment. Kia Seltos remains after this in terms of sales. So, if you do not like the Hyundai Creta, then you can consider the Kia Seltos. The Kia Seltos is the closest competitor to the Hyundai Creta. Recently, Kia has started offering six airbags as standard in order to make the Seltos more safe. That is, its base variant also now gets 6 airbags.

Price and Variants

Kia Seltos price ranges between Rs 10.49 Lakh to Rs 18.65 Lakh (ex-showroom). This SUV is available in two lineups – Tech Line (HT) and GT Line. The Tech Line lineup comes in five variants – HTE, HTK, HTK Plus, HTX and HTX Plus, while the GT Line comes in two variants – GTX (O) and GTX Plus. A new X-Line variant has also been included in this, which is based on the GTX variant. It is a 5 seater car, in which 5 passengers can sit.

Engine Specification 

Like the Hyundai Creta, the Kia Seltos also comes with 3 engine options. Seltos comes with 1.5-litre petrol (115PS/144Nm), 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol (140PS/242Nm) and 1.5-litre diesel (115PS/250Nm) engine options. It gets 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter, CVT, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed IMT gearboxes offered (depending on the variant).

Features of Kia Seltos 

Kia Seltos gets features like 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, connected car technology, air purifier, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, power adjustable driver seat, 8-speaker Bose sound system and sunroof. It also gets features like smartwatch connectivity and remote engine start. 

Safety features include six airbags, tire pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control and hill assist control as standard. It also gets ABS with EBD, Brake Assist and Vehicle Stability Management (VSM).
