Honor 90 5G was launched in September last year. The phone has a 5000 mAh battery with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, support for 30W supercharge technology. The dual SIM handset runs on Magic OS 7.1 based on Android 13. Now HTeck CEO Madhav Seth has announced that this phone also supports Jio’s eSIM connectivity. However, it has not been made clear yet whether it will support eSIM of other operators or not.
Honor 90 5G Madhav Seth on social media platform X has confirmed that the phone now supports Jio’s e-SIM in India. It can also be used with physical SIM. It runs on Jio’s 4G network. Information about e-SIM support for 5G connectivity is not clear yet. The company has also not told whether the company is going to make this service available for other telecom operators in India or not.
The price of 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage variant of Honor 90 5G is Rs 37,999. Whereas the price of its 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage variant is Rs 39,999. Currently the phone can be purchased during Amazon Great Republic Day Sale 2024 for Rs 28,999. This sale running on Amazon is going to end on January 19.

This is an AMOLED panel, which has a resolution of 2664×1200 pixels. The peak HDR brightness of the phone is 1600 nits. Honor 90 5G has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. It has support for 8 GB or 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM. Internal storage is up to 512 GB.
The primary camera in Honor 90 5G is 200 megapixels. Along with that, there are 12-megapixel ultra-wide and macro cameras and a depth camera. The phone has a 50 megapixel front camera. It has a 5000mAh battery.
